Ravenna, 1554 - 1618
Francesco Longhi carried out his apprenticeship in the workshop of his father, the more famous Luca, with whom he worked together on the works referring to his last period. Other sources were, above all, the artist Gian Francesco Modigliani from Forlì, as well as exponents of Tuscan mannered art such as Vasari and Zuccari.
His Portrait of the doctor Nicolò I Masini is contained in the Gallery.
