The paint is a sketch of the frescoes, prepared for the church of Saint Agatha in Montiano.
On the left there is Saint Vincent Ferreri with another friar and with a crowd of people. He is in front of the gates of the city of Lisbon, where, on the right, are a representative of the city with the bishop and members of authority, who are waiting for him.
The landscape is represented by the walls of the city castle and the shadow is diffused and marked.
